Your parts request has been sent to a manager for approval.

You will see when a manager approves it and sends it to the parts room under Menu → My Requests.

Review then Approve

Pending requests on this device. Open an order to change quantities or remove lines, then approve. A QR-code PDF will open in a new tab and download for printing.

Parts — Fulfill Order

Approved

All in stock: tap Fulfill entire order.
Short on a line: set Fulfill qty, BO fills in the rest, then tap Save backorder.
When BO parts arrive, open this order again, raise Fulfill, lower BO, then Fulfill entire order.

Parts Queue

Open any open order, including a paper walk-up that is still Submitted. Then set Processing, Partial / Backorder, Fulfilled, or Closed.

Review & Edit Order

Change qty, remove lines, browse the full store to add parts, edit notes, then approve to Parts.
